Bill Deraime

He began to sing in the mid-1970s and has continued to sing and campaign for various causes since then. In 1979 his first album Bill Deraime (or Mean old blues) was released on the Argile label. In 1980, the album Plus la peine de frimer was released, with the title which would become his first hit : Faut que j’me tire ailleurs. Then he met, in 1981, a dazzling success with the album Qu’est-ce que tu vas faire ? and especially with the song Babylone tu déconnes. After this period of strong media exposure, Bill Deraime pursues a much more discreet career but continues to regularly release albums which testify to his various influences.
