Les SuperSoul Brothers nous proposent une lecture du Rhythm ‘n’ Blues bluffante de vérité et de sincérité. Le groupe transpire cette musique comme s’ils étaient tous nés non loin de Memphis, nous proposant un album qui aurait tout aussi bien pu être enregistré au mythique studio Muscle Shoals, là où les Otis, Wilson et autres Sam & Dave ont forgé leur légende. Mais leur Sud béarnais est plus proche de nous bien qu’ancré lui aussi dans la tradition d’une terre de «good vibrations ».
